1. Purpose of This Policy

This Stock & Order Policy explains how Anna & Morgan manages garment stock, fabric availability, order personalisation and production. It should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy.

Anna & Morgan is a brand operated by AMTHENO OÜ. AMTHENO OÜ is the seller and contracting party for orders placed through the Anna & Morgan website.

2. Our Made-to-Order Model

We do not normally keep ready-made Anna & Morgan garments in finished-garment stock. Instead, selected fabrics and materials may be held for production, and garments are produced after a customer places and pays for an order. This helps us avoid unnecessary finished-garment inventory and overproduction while allowing each garment to be prepared for the individual order.

Depending on the product, the customer may select standard size and fit options, garment design features, fabric or print choices, customer-specific garment measurements such as trouser or chino length, individual body measurements for made-to-measure products, and a personal monogram.

3. Made-to-Order, Made-to-Measure and Personalisation

Anna & Morgan offers different forms of individual production. The exact choices available are shown on the relevant product page before the order is placed.

  • Made-to-order (MTO): the garment is produced after the order is confirmed and may include the customer's selected size, fit, design features, fabric and other available product options.
  • Made-to-measure (MTM): the garment is produced using individual body measurements and/or customer-specific garment measurements supplied or confirmed for that order.
  • Personalised garments: where offered, the garment is individually personalised, including through a personal monogram and other customer-specific specifications shown during ordering.

A product is not described as exempt from the statutory withdrawal right merely because it is produced after the order. The applicable withdrawal rules depend on whether the garment is made to the consumer's specifications or is clearly personalised. The relevant information is displayed before the order is submitted and is explained in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

Production is scheduled only after full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by AMTHENO OÜ. The order confirmation records the product and the customer selections submitted through the website.

Customers should carefully check the order details, measurements, selected options, spelling of any monogram and delivery information before submitting the order. If an order confirmation appears incorrect, the customer should contact us immediately at orders@annamorgantailoring.com.

5. Voluntary 24-Hour Change and Cancellation Window

As an additional customer service, we normally allow a customer to request changes to, or cancellation of, an order within 24 hours after payment, provided production has not already started. This 24-hour period is a voluntary commercial arrangement; it is not the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and does not replace or restrict any statutory consumer right that applies to the order.

If a change is requested during this period, we will confirm whether the requested change can still be accommodated. A material change to fabric, design, measurements or other specifications may affect price or production timing, and any difference will be communicated before the change is accepted.

6. Production Commencement

After the voluntary 24-hour period, or earlier where the customer has expressly agreed to an earlier production start, the order may enter production. This can include preparing the production specification, allocating or printing fabric, cutting fabric, applying personalisation or monogramming, and garment construction.

Once production of a made-to-measure or clearly personalised garment has begun, changes or voluntary cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods, nor any statutory withdrawal right that applies to a product that is not made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

7. Fabric and Material Availability

Fabric availability may change between browsing and production. If a selected fabric, trim or other material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer before making a material substitution. Where appropriate, we may offer an equivalent alternative, another available material, a revised production date, or another remedy agreed with the customer.

We will not knowingly replace a material or visible design choice with a materially different alternative without informing the customer.

8. Production Time and Dispatch

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation, garment production is typically completed within approximately 14 business days after order confirmation. The completed order is then dispatched through the logistics carrier or fulfilment partner selected for the destination.

Production and delivery estimates may vary because of fabric availability, individual specifications, peak periods, quality-control requirements, transport conditions or events outside our reasonable control. Where a material delay becomes known to us, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.

9. Withdrawal Rights and Personalised Orders

Consumers purchasing online normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, applicable EU and Estonian consumer law provides exceptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Anna & Morgan product pages identify relevant personalisation before the order is submitted, including where a garment is produced to individual measurements or with a personal monogram.

Where the statutory withdrawal right does apply to an eligible non-personalised product, AMTHENO OÜ will provide the required withdrawal information and electronic withdrawal function in accordance with applicable law. From 1 September 2026, Estonian e-commerce rules require a clearly visible online withdrawal button or equivalent function for contracts where the consumer has a right of withdrawal.

The absence of a change-of-mind withdrawal right for a made-to-specification or clearly personalised garment does not limit the customer's statutory rights if the garment is defective or does not conform to the order.

10. Crowdfunding and Special Campaign Orders

This Policy applies to orders contracted directly with AMTHENO OÜ through the Anna & Morgan online store. Crowdfunding and other special campaign orders may be operated either directly by AMTHENO OÜ or, depending on the platform and campaign structure, by another legal entity that is clearly identified to customers.

Each crowdfunding or special campaign is governed by the specific campaign terms, delivery timetable, refund and cancellation conditions, and legal disclosures shown for that campaign. Where AMTHENO OÜ is identified as the seller or contracting party, the applicable AMTHENO OÜ terms and mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Where another legal entity is identified as the seller or contracting party, customers should refer to the terms and disclosures provided for that campaign.
