At our factory, we do not keep ready-made garments in stock. Instead, we maintain a selection of high-quality fabrics, which are only tailored into garments once an order has been placed. This ensures each product is uniquely crafted for you, and helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.

 

🛒 How Our Process Works

Order Window – 24 Hours

Once your order is submitted, you have a 24-hour window in which to cancel it. This aligns with commercial regulations that grant customers a short period in which to withdraw from online purchases.

Production Commencement

After the 24-hour window has elapsed, we begin cutting the fabric according to your selected size.

- From this point onwards, the order can no longer be cancelled.
- This policy is in accordance with legal standards, as made-to-measure and custom garments are exempt from the right of withdrawal, given that they are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Production & Delivery

Following the cutting stage, your garment will be completed within 14 business days.
It will be shipped immediately upon completion, and you will receive tracking information once dispatched.

 

 

🚀 Kickstarter Campaigns

Please note that Kickstarter orders follow a different process:

- For these campaigns, we pre-purchase materials in advance based on projected demand.
- Shipping follows the maximum delivery timeline permitted by Kickstarter, ensuring all rewards are sent before the final deadline.
