1. Scope

This Policy applies to consumer purchases made through the Anna & Morgan website and should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Anna & Morgan is a brand operated by AMTHENO OÜ.

Anna & Morgan garments are produced after order confirmation. Depending on the product, personalisation may include individual body measurements, customer-specified garment measurements (for example, trouser or chino length), selected garment features and a personal monogram. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Estonian or EU law.

2. Production and Order Processing

Each made-to-order garment is produced only after full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by AMTHENO OÜ.

For personalised and made-to-measure garments, production is based on the size and fit, measurements where applicable, fabric, selected design options, garment specifications and personal monogram submitted or approved by the customer.

As an additional customer service, we normally allow changes to, or cancellation of, an order within 24 hours after payment, provided production has not yet begun. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for details.

3. Estimated Production and Delivery Time

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation, production of a garment is typically completed within approximately 14 business days after order confirmation. The order is dispatched after completion.

The total time from order confirmation to delivery is normally approximately 2-3 weeks, but this is an estimate and may vary during peak periods or because of customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, customer unavailability, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a material delay becomes known to us, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Shipping Costs and Destinations

  • EU & EFTA orders above EUR 350: free shipping.
  • EU & EFTA orders of EUR 350 or less: EUR 15 flat-rate shipping.
  • Deliveries outside the EU/EFTA: shipping is calculated according to weight and destination and shown before checkout.
  • For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees or other local charges may be payable by the customer unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are included.

Delivery to certain destinations may be unavailable or temporarily restricted. Any destination-specific restriction shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation will apply.

5. Carriers, Fulfilment and Tracking

Orders are shipped using logistics carriers and fulfilment partners selected by AMTHENO OÜ. The carrier may vary depending on the destination, service availability and fulfilment route.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where tracking is available.

For consumer orders, risk of accidental loss or damage normally passes when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

6. Visible Delivery Damage, Missing Items and Lost Shipments

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing, or a delivery appears to have been lost, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days, with the order number and photographs where applicable.

The preferred 7-day reporting period helps us make timely claims with carriers and fulfilment partners. It does not shorten or replace any mandatory consumer rights.
