📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Production time: Each garment is made to order. Production begins only after full payment and order confirmation.
 
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation (may vary in peak seasons).

• Shipping costs:
  - Free shipping within the EU & EFTA for orders above €350.
  - Orders below this: €15 flat rate.
  - International shipping (outside EU/EFTA): calculated by weight & destination, shown before checkout.
  - Customs duties/taxes for deliveries outside the EU are customer’s responsibility.

• Carrier:
All shipments handled via DHL.
  - Delivery to some countries may not be possible.
  - USA: Currently not available due to high import tariffs. Contact us if you are willing to cover extra costs.
