At our factory, we do not keep ready-made garments in stock. Instead, we maintain a selection of high-quality fabrics, which are only tailored into garments once an order has been placed. This ensures each product is uniquely crafted for you, and helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Production time:
Each garment is made to order. Production begins only after full payment and order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
2–3 weeks from order confirmation (may vary in peak seasons). .
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping within the EU & EFTA for orders above €350.
- Orders below this: €15 flat rate. .
- International shipping (outside EU/EFTA): calculated by weight & destination, shown before checkout. .
- Customs duties/taxes for deliveries outside the EU are customer’s responsibility. .
Carrier:
All shipments handled via DHL. .
- Delivery to some countries may not be possible. .
- USA: Currently not available due to high import tariffs. Contact us if you are willing to cover extra costs.
🔄 Return & After-Sales Policy (EU)
1. Scope & who this applies to
This policy applies to consumer purchases (B2C) of custom-made / made-to-measure and made-to-order garments from Anna & Morgan Tailoring delivered within the European Union. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted by EU or national law.
2. No “change-of-mind” returns (personalised goods)
Because we do not keep stock, each garment is individually made either to your measurements and/or specifications (design options) after your order is confirmed by e-mail from us. .
In the event of any returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. .
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
Even with no withdrawal right: .
- Customers always have the right to return items if they are faulty, defective, or not as described. .
- In the EU, this falls under the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
If your product has defects, notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt, including: .
- Your order number
- A brief issue description
- Photographic documentation

If the complaint is valid, we offer:
- Free replacement with the same product
- Changes to the fabric free of charge if the original fabric is out of stock
- Optional design/fabric changes (subject to 20% surcharge + material difference)
- Refunds or discounts (where applicable)
Anna & Morgan reserves the right to refuse replacement production if the customer fails to cooperate by providing the information requested for such reproduction.
4. After-Sales and Damaged/Missing Deliveries
Report delivery issues (damaged parcels, missing items) within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
